Author Biography
Shale is an aspiring fiction writer from the Pacific Northwest. Currently studying to get a degree in geology and earth sciences, he is a scientist at heart, driven by curiosity about anything and everything. In particular: geology, mythology, storytelling, and dragons. Poetry is not her default medium (he tends more towards long-form speculative fiction), but she likes to dabble in all sorts of artistic pursuits, from drawing to ceramics. This is his first real publication, but she hopes to gain more in the future.
