Stevie

Stevie (they/them) is a queer author that focuses on the stories that helped create them. They were born and raised in small town Wisconsin, drawing much of their inspiration from their experiences there. Their writing is an extension of themselves, their poems are a first-hand account of what it means to be them. It is a way of processing their gender, sexuality, experiences, emotions, and the way all of these things encapsulate the essence of who they are and who they want to be. They want to share their own humanity with those who struggle to see that in themselves. Regardless of what people in this community, or any community that feels outcasted, everyone has that humanity in them and it is beautiful.
