Author Biography
R.E. Yelton is multidisciplinary surrealist and confessional poet whose work centers on the evocative. A biracial queer woman, her poetry is shaped from a life in constant chiaroscuro of multiple intersectionalities. In her writing, R.E. explores both the pivotal and seemingly inconsequential experiences that shape the narratives we have created and been given. She currently works out of her island studio in the Puget Sound and is co-founder of the Lone Elk Poets.
